春光四月，隧道股份城建国际第三年到达位于大凉山深处的四川会理县三地小学。今年，隧道股份城建国际的6位公益助学支教志愿者，在短短一周的时间里，为学校孩子们带去了全新的课程。
In the Spring of April, it is the third year for SUCGI, to Sandi Primary School in Huili County, Sichuan Province, located in the depths of the Daliangsha. This year, six public welfare volunteer teachers from SUCGI took a brand new course for school children in one week.
此次，隧道股份城建国际选派的6位支教老师，分别是来自上海本部的张耀、辛宝良，印度区域中心的李媛、张耀廷，以及新加坡区域中心的Amy Tan和Jacelyn Goh。神奇的海底世界、宇宙中的行星、世界国家、计算机小知识、快乐英语......他们精心准备的课程吸引了孩子们的目光，为孩子们打开知识大门。
This time, the six volunteer teachers selected by SUCGI are Zhang Yao and Xin Baoliang from Shanghai headquarters, Li Yuan and Zhang Yaoting from the Regional Center of India, and Amy Tan and Jacelyn Goh from the Singapore Regional Center. The magical seafloor world, the planets in the universe, the countries all over the world, computer knowledge, happy English... their carefully prepared courses have attracted children's attention and opened the door to knowledge for children.
六位支教老师除了为孩子们准备了丰富有趣的课程外，还陪孩子们一起游戏。两位来自新加坡的同事，从新加坡带来了文具、零食等小礼物送给每一位同学和老师。
In addition to preparing a variety of interesting lessons for the children, the six volunteer teachers also played games with the children. Two colleagues from Singapore brought small gifts such as stationery, snacks and so on from Singapore for every student and teacher.
四年前，隧道股份城建国际初到会理县最偏远的三地小学，通往学校的路满是泥泞，校舍和教学破旧不堪。学校得到了国家专项基金的援助，新的校舍和宿舍正在建造，但是课桌椅、床铺等最基本的教学设施的配置都成了问题。在校学生大多家境贫寒，老师们在物质条件匮乏的情况下坚守乡村教学第一线多年。在了解了情况后，隧道股份城建国际决定对学校进行援助。
Four years ago,SUCGI first came to the most remote Sandi Primary School in Huili County. The road to the school was full of mud and school buildings and teaching were dilapidated. The school has obtained a national special fund, and new school buildings and dormitories are under construction, but most basic teaching facilities such as tables, chairs and beds is a problem. The students in the school are mostly poor, and the teachers have persisted in the first line of rural teaching for many years in the absence of material conditions. Knowing about the situation, SUCGI has decided to provide assistance to the school.
学校的孩子们牵动着公司员工的心。三年来，隧道股份城建国际的海内外员工们向学校学生纷纷伸出援手，共募集捐款约人民币14万元。
The employees of the company are concerned about the children of the school. In the past three years, the employees of SUCGI have extended their helping hands to the school students, raising a total of about RMB 140,000.
同时，公司通过采购课桌椅、床架、床垫被褥、教学电脑、打印机、饮水机、图书柜，办公桌椅、会议桌椅等教学设施，采购图书画册、文化体育用品等教学用具，在该校设置奖学金、助学金和教师奉献奖，为每个学生购置了秋冬两季的校服和运动鞋，大大改善了学校的学习和生活环境。如今的会理县三地小学，旧貌换新颜。整洁明亮的教室、干净整齐的宿舍，老师和学生精神焕发，学校已经成为该地区小有名气的学校，附近的村民首选将孩子送到三地小学就读，学校的年度教学考评成绩也在县里名列前茅。
At the same time, the company purchased textbooks, tables and chairs, bed frames, mattresses, teaching computers, printers, water dispensers, book cabinets, office furniture, conference tables and chairs, etc., and teaching materials such as books, albums, cultural and sporting goods. We also set up scholarships, bursaries and teacher dedication awards at the school. And our company also purchased school uniforms and sports shoes for the fall and winter seasons for each student, which greatly improved the school's learning and living environment. Today's Huili County Sandi Primary School has a new look, neat and bright classrooms, clean and tidy dormitory, and rejuvenated teachers and students. The school has become a famous school in the area. The nearby villagers prefer to send their children to Sandi Primary School. The annual teaching evaluation results of the school also have ranked in the top list of the county.
今年公司帮扶的优秀贫困学生吴鹃，性格开朗的她和奶奶一起生活，在助学仪式上，作为学生代表发言的她说：“去年，我拿到了奖学金，奶奶特别高兴。我们用500元奖学金买了只小猪，把它养大卖了，家里的生活有了改善。”
This year, an outstanding poor student Wu Juan helped by us, she has open personality and lives with her grandmother. At the student-sponsoring ceremony, she spoke as a student representative. “I received a scholarship last year and my grandmother was very happy. We bought a pig with my 500-yuan scholarship and raised up the pig. After it was sold, our life has been improved."
今年公司帮扶的另一位优秀贫困学生杨春兰，今年一年级，在去她家走访的路上，她说：“老师，去年你们来的时候，是我最快乐的时候，我从来没有那么高兴过，我会一直记得你们的。”
This year, another excellent poor student, Yang Chunlan helped by us this year, on the way to her home, she said: "Teacher, when you came last year, it was my happiest time and I was never so happy. I will always remember you."
去年公司帮扶的贫困学生常龙会，长期和爷爷奶奶一起生活，乖巧懂事的她成绩优秀，还是班长。她在给支教老师的信里写到：“老师，谢谢你让我看到了外面的世界，我一定会努力好好学习，走出大山！”
Poor students Changlonghui helped by us last year, who has lived with grandparents for a long time. She is clever and sensible, and her grades are excellent. She is the monitor of her class. In her letter to the volunteer teacher, she wrote: "Teacher, thank you for making me see the world outside, I will try my best to study hard and walk out of the mountains!"
三年帮扶，两年支教，隧道股份城建国际为孩子们送去了物质和经济的支持和帮助，也为他们带去了欢乐和知识，更为山区孩子们打开了视野，让他们有了梦想。习近平总书记曾指出，中国梦最根本的是实现人民的美好生活。在投身社会公益、回馈社会的同时，隧道股份城建国际也希望我们的点滴付出，可以让更多的孩子拥有快乐的童年和光明的未来，更多的家庭走上小康之路。
Three years of support and help, two years volunteer teaching, SUCGI has provided material and economic support and help to the children, and also brought joy and knowledge to them, making the children in the mountains open their horizons and making them own their dreams. General Secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that the most fundamental thing about the Chinese dream is to realize good lives for the people. While participating in social welfare and giving back to the society, SUCGI also hopes that our little bit of effort will allow more children to have a happy childhood and a bright future, and more families will embark on a well-off path.
